Industrial Junk Removal in Connecticut
Plant cleanouts, machinery and equipment removal, and production waste hauling for Connecticut manufacturers, distributors, and industrial property owners. We handle the volume, the weight, and the schedule — including nights and weekends so your floor keeps running.
Why Industrial Junk Removal Is Different
An industrial cleanout has constraints a household job never has. There is weight that a two-person crew cannot lift by hand. There is equipment bolted to a slab. There is a landlord with a lease-end date, an insurer asking for a certificate, and a plant manager who cannot give up a loading dock during a production shift.
We plan around those constraints instead of working against them. Most industrial jobs start with a walkthrough so we can see the access, the dock height, the door widths, and what is actually coming out. That walkthrough is what lets us give you a real number instead of a guess that changes on the day of the job.
How an Industrial Cleanout Works
Site Walkthrough
We walk the floor with you, measure access, and identify anything that needs disassembly, rigging, or special handling before it can leave the building.
Written Scope and Quote
You get the scope in writing — what is included, what is excluded, how many days, and what it costs. No day-of surprises.
Crew Sized to the Job
Multi-person crews and repeat truck cycles for high-volume work, rather than stretching a single load across a week.
Off-Hours Scheduling
Nights, weekends, and shutdown windows so removal happens while the line is down instead of competing with it.
Insured, with COI
We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your company or property owner before we mobilize.
Scrap and Recycling First
Metal, cardboard, pallets, and e-waste are sorted for recycling or scrap recovery before anything is sent for disposal.
What We Remove from Industrial Sites
Production and Plant Floor

- Conveyor sections and material handling equipment
- Work benches, jigs, fixtures, and tooling
- Scrap metal, offcuts, and production waste
- Drums, totes, and empty containers
- Broken racking and dunnage
Warehouse and Dock
- Pallet racking and shelving systems
- Damaged and surplus pallets
- Bulk cardboard and shrink wrap
- Bins, carts, and dock equipment
- Obsolete and returned inventory
Plant Offices and Support Areas
- Desks, chairs, files, and lockers
- Break room appliances and furniture
- Computers, monitors, printers, and e-waste
- Records and shelving from storage rooms
Facility and Demolition Debris
- Construction and renovation debris
- Removed partitions, mezzanines, and platforms
- Old HVAC units and ductwork

We do not handle hazardous waste, chemicals, fuels, or asbestos. If we find something during the walkthrough that needs a licensed abatement or hazmat contractor, we will tell you before the job rather than after.
Industrial Facilities We Serve in Connecticut
Manufacturing plants, machine shops, warehouses and distribution centers, food production facilities, printing and packaging operations, auto and truck shops, self-storage and industrial parks, and industrial properties changing hands between tenants.
Plant Closure and Decommissioning Cleanouts
The largest industrial projects are the ones with a hard deadline attached — a lease expiring, a building being sold, a line moving to another facility, or an operation winding down entirely. These jobs are measured in truckloads and days, not items, and the cost of missing the date is usually far larger than the cost of the cleanout.
For projects like these we schedule multiple crews and staged truck cycles, work around whatever equipment is being kept or sold, and coordinate with your riggers, electricians, and property manager so the building is handed over broom-clean and on time.
What Industrial Junk Removal Costs
Industrial pricing is driven by volume, weight, labor, and access — not by a flat per-item rate. A single load of pallets and cardboard from an accessible dock is a very different job than breaking down racking on an upper floor with one freight elevator.
Recyclable metal and recoverable scrap can offset part of the cost on the right job. We will tell you when that is the case. Every industrial quote is written and fixed to the agreed scope, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Industrial Junk Removal FAQs
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured and can issue a COI naming your company, property owner, or management firm before the crew arrives. Many industrial sites require this for gate access, and we would rather have it in hand early than hold up the job.
Can you work nights, weekends, or during a shutdown?
Yes, and for active plants it is usually the better plan. Working during a scheduled shutdown or off-shift keeps our trucks out of your dock rotation and gets the space cleared without costing you production time.
Do you remove heavy machinery and equipment?
We remove a wide range of industrial equipment. During the walkthrough we identify anything that needs disconnection by a licensed electrician or plumber, or rigging beyond our scope, and we coordinate with those trades so the sequence works.
What happens to the material?
Metal, cardboard, pallets, and electronics are sorted for recycling or scrap recovery wherever possible. Only what genuinely cannot be recycled or reused goes to a transfer station for disposal.
Do you handle hazardous materials?
No. Chemicals, fuels, solvents, asbestos, and regulated waste require a licensed hazmat or abatement contractor. We will identify anything like that during the walkthrough and work alongside the specialist who handles it.
How quickly can you start?
Small and mid-sized jobs can often be scheduled within a few days. Large decommissioning projects are planned further out because they need crews, truck cycles, and your own timeline coordinated — the earlier you reach out, the more scheduling flexibility you have.
